The Victorian house was rebuilt at 1329 Prescott Street after the original structure was destroyed in the earthquakes of 1906.
The land is a Spiritual Nexus that can be good or evil. The Halliwell's moved into claim the Nexus for good and to prevent
evil from living there. Almost a hundred years after, Cole takes legal possession of the Manor to gain access to the Nexus
and to use it for evil. Phoebe uses the spell to close the rift again and return the land to good magic.
