Micah/Mitch "All Halliwell's Eve" - Micah-one of a group of witch hunters in the 1600's. He saved the sisters on two separate occasions but was killed for helping the witches escape. When the sisters returned to present day Prue ran into a man that looked exactly like Micah (Mitch) and he seemed to recognize her. Reincarnation??

Jeremy "Something Wicca This Way Comes" - in the first episode Piper already has a boyfriend she's been seeing for six months. As it turns out he's a warlock just waiting for the sisters to receive their powers so he can kill them and take their abilities.
Jack Manford "Dream Sorcerer" - a regular at the restaurant. He asked out Piper due to a love spell she had cast with Phoebe. Piper decided she didn't want to be with someone who was only with her because of a love spell.
Mark Chao "Dead Man Dating" - the ghost of a man who had been murdered. There was chemistry but he was kind of dead so nothing happened.
Lucas Devane "From Fear to Eternity" - holding a charity event at Quake. He was attracted to Piper and asked her out but she wouldn't date someone on Friday the 13th.
Josh "Is There a Woogy in the House?" - Piper met Josh while shopping for wine. He bought the wine that Piper needed for a recipe but he later showed up at the manor to give the wine to the chef, which was Piper.

Alec "I've Got You Under My Skin" - a guy who approached Phoebe and asked her if he could buy her a martini at Quake.
Stefan/Javna "I've Got You Under My Skin" - also hit on Phoebe at Quake and asked if he could take photos of her.
Hans "Dream Sorcerer" - biker guy she met after casting her love spell.
Rex Buckland "Wicca Envy" - went to a concert with Phoebe to a band she really liked. He was also a good catch in her mind because he was powerful and wealthy.
Clay "Feats of Clay" - a former boyfriend from New York that she had lived with. He returned then left to return to New York.
Billy from "Kill It Before It Dies" "Chick Flick" - Phoebe's perfect man. She always hoped to meet a man as sensitive and perfect as the character from the film. The Demon of Illusion pulled Billy out of his movie and Phoebe got to spend time with her ideal man.
Cole Turner - supposedly Phoebe's soul-mate but also the demon Belthazor. After a long time of trying to make the relationship work and also getting married the marriage ended in divorce. Cole didn't seem to be able to get past his demonic, evil past. In the end, because of his constant harrassment to get back together Phoebe and her sisters vanquished Cole.
Myles "A Witch in Time" - Phoebe only dated Myles for a short period of time. The two were pretty much inseparable and Phoebe had a premonition of his death. Saving him opened a time portal and it was revealed Phoebe would die trying to save him over and over because she would fall in love with him and he was meant to die. Phoebe was devastated when the past was changed and Myles died.
Jason Dean "" - Phoebe's new boss at The Bay Mirror. He remained her boyfriend for some time before moving to China to set up a new business. Phoebe didn't want to ruin the business relationship but Jason was so attracted to her he found a way to get her attention.
Ethan "Oh My Goddess" - after Jason moved to China Phoebe decided to move on to Ethan because having a long-distance relationship is not worth the hassle.

Paige

Shane "Charmed Again Parts 1 & 2" - the guy she was dating when she learned she was a witch. He was thrown in the middle of a battle with the Source and even though he doesn't remember anything he knew it was something bad and related to Paige. So he dumped her.
Glen Belland - an on-again off-again boyfriend from highschool. Whenever he would return to the city Paige would hook up with him. Glen is aware that Paige is a witch and Paige trusts him with her life. She still loves him but he married another woman. They remain the best of friends.
Trevor - a boyfriend that only showed up once. Paige was making out with him on the couch and he disappeared shortly thereafter.
Dave -
Nate Parks "Sense and Sense Ability" & "Necromancing the Stone" - a club owner and potentially understanding boyfriend. After she cast a truth spell she learned he was married with two kids and quickly dumped him.
