Victor Bennett is Prue, Piper, and Phoebe's father with Patti Halliwell. [Paige's father is Sam, Patti's Whitelighter; Patti
and Sam gave Paige up for adoption, for the baby's protection, and no one ever knew about her.] One of the prerequisites of
loving a Halliwell woman is that any progeny will take the name of Halliwell, which Victor was apparently cool with. Magic,
that may have been a different story. Victor had walked out on his young family when Prue was the only child old enough to
remember, but she remembered well. Just after the sisters came into their powers, Victor came back into their lives, and Prue
really gave him a hard time, probably deservedly so. He's still a bit of a rogue, and it's taken several years, some difficult
times, but he's now welcome in the Halliwell Manor.
